/KASE, April 26, 2022/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 21, 2022, M. Sadovnikova was elected the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Operations, a member of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Freedom Finance JSC consists of five people: S. Lukyanov, E. Ler, R. Tukanov, T. Nukenov, M. Sadovnikova.
