/KASE, April 19, 2022/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 15, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: S. Gassanova – member of the Management Board, chief director for legal issues;
• elected: A. Uyssumbayev – member of the Management Board, chief corporate.

Taking into account the changes introduced, the Management Board of Kcell JSC consists of five people: Y. Kharlamov, M. Averchenko, A. Yesserkegenov, D. Nurpeissova, A. Uyssumbayev.
