/KASE, April 15, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 13, 2022, Y.
Nakisbekov – deputy Chairman of the bank's Management Board – was excluded from
the bank's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Subsidiary
Bank Sberbank of Russia consists of five people: Y. Tenizbaev, G. Arakelyan, N.
Taskaranov, A. Titov, D. Yamanov.
