/KASE, March 4, 2022/ – ERG Exploration (Rudny), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated February 22, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to reorganize the company in the form of transformation into a limited
liability partnership;
- to carry out voluntary delisting of the company's shares from KASE official
list.
