/KASE, March 2, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 18, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: B. Akchulakov– member of the Board of Directors, M. Mankeev – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: G. Auganov – member of the Board of Directors, Y. Zhanadil – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of seven persons: Walton Christopher John, A. Aidarbayev, U. Karabalin, Holland Philip Malcolm, Miller Timothy Glen, G. Auganov, Y. Zhanadil.
