/KASE, February 15, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 2, 2022, Zh. Marabayev – a member of the Management Board – was excluded from the Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of six persons: A. Aidarbayev, D. Karabayev, D. Tiyessov, D. Berlibayev, D. Abdulgafarov, M. Saulebay.
