/KASE, January 26, 2022/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that V. Kim – independent director – was excluded from the Board of Directors on his own initiative.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC consists of six persons: Jon Dudas, Ong Boon Hwee, Luca Sutera, A. Satkaliyev, D. Akishev, A. Kuantyrov.
