/KASE, December 9, 2021/ – Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 6, 2021, the following persons were elected to the Board of Directors:

• T. Naizabekov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• Y. Ramazanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC consists of nine members: A. Buyanov, D. Inkarbekova, K. Yessekeyev, T. Turlov, Jerry Kalmis, S. Saudabayev, T. Khudaiberdiyev, T. Naizabekov, Y. Ramazanov.
