/KASE, November 12, 2021/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from November 9, 2021:

• ceased to own 100% of shares of KazTransGas JSC;
• acquired a 25% stake in Butadien LLP.
