/KASE, October 13, 2021/ – Jusan Mobile (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 11, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: Y. Ramazanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: D. Kabylbayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of five persons: Y. Orynbayev, A. Kenzhebayev, S. Shvalov, D. Kabylbayev, A. Lezgovko.
