/KASE, September 24, 2021/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release dated September 24, 2021:

Microfinance Organization "KMF" (hereinafter – KMF) on September 23, 2021
carried out an additional offering of its bonds (MFKMb1, ISIN KZ2P00007883) in
the amount of KZT2.679 bn with a yield of 13% per annum. The underwriter of this
offering was Halyk Finance, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. On
September 8, following the results of the initial offering of its bonds, KMF
raised KZT7.320 bn.
As a result of two issues in September 2021, KMF raised KZT10 bn on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE). During the book-building process, the total volume of
market demand fully satisfied the interest in the proposal from institutional
investors: insurance companies, mutual funds, limited liability partnerships.
