auditor's report on the company's financial statements for 2020.

The company's financial statements for 2020 were audited by Deloitte LLP. According
to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements reflect reliably in all
significant relations the financial position of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund
as of December 31, 2020, as well as their financial results and cash flows for
the year ended as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
