/KASE, May 20, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 17, 2021.
The shareholder, inter alia, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the company for 2020,
confirmed by the auditor's report of the independent auditing organization
Deloitte LLP;
- to allocate the company's net income for 2020 in the amount of
KZT32,392,241,449.66 on payment of dividends to the sole shareholder of the
company.
