/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 14, 2021, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: Y. Yelemessov – member of the Management Board;
• elected: I. Samodelkin – member of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of four persons: K. Islamov, A. Dyusembaev, A. Sadzhitova, I. Samodelkin.
