The Development Bank of Kazakhstan received the "Crystal Pyramid – 2021"
Award for achievements in HR and corporate management, increasing business
efficiency, and drawing attention to the area of human resources, having won the
2nd prize in the nomination "The Best Employee Support Program during the
Crisis". The prestigious award was received by the Head of Human Resources
Department Zamira Nishanova during the spring session of the Summit of HR
Directors of Russia and CIS.
The strategy for overcoming the consequences of the pandemic and building
employees’ trust in a difficult period of uncertainty, the use of new, creative
approaches in personnel management provided the Development Bank's HR
team with an award in the nomination "The Best Employee Support Program
during the Crisis", in which the largest number of applicants for the award
participated. Among DBK's competitors in this category were the German
companies Bilfinger Tebodin B.V. and Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, as well as
the international pharmaceutical company MSD Pharmaceuticals, and in the
category of large organizations Russian companies such as Sberbank PJSC,
