/KASE, February 22, 2021/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on March 25, 2021 at 11:00 o'clock.

The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the issue "On early termination of powers of a member of the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC and election of a member of the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC, determination of the term of office, conditions for payment of remuneration and compensation of expenses to a member of the Board of Directors for the performance of his duties".
