listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the

On 09.02.2021 common shares were repurchased from minority shareholders of
ATFBank JSC (hereinafter – the Bank). Thus, the ratio of the number of common
shares of the Bank held by First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC to the total number of
voting common shares of the Bank amounted to 100 %.
