/KASE, February 12, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that from February 12, 2021, trading in the following securities of AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty) has been suspended on KASE: - ordinary shares KZ1C00001221 (KASE main market, category "standard", LARI); - bonds KZ2C00001766 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb2); - bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb3); - bonds KZ2C00002459 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb4); - bonds KZ2C00002848 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb5); - bonds KZ2C00003481 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb6). This decision was made on the basis of a resolution of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated February 11, 2021 "On stripping AsiaCredit Bank of the license for conducting banking and other operations and activities in the securities market".
