/KASE, February 8, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that
since February 8, 2021, trades in common shares KZ000A0ETF32 (KASE main market,
category "standard", ATFB) of ATFBank JSC (Almaty) have been suspended on KASE.
Trades were suspended in accordance with item 1 of article 25 of KASE's
internal document "Listing Rules" due to the receipt by KASE of information that
First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC sent a request to the shareholders of ATFBank
JSC for sale of these shares belonging to them.
