listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following request of First Heartland Jýsan Bank for selling securities:

In accordance with the Agreement on Purchase and Sale of common shares of
ATFBank JSC (hereinafter – ATF Bank) dated 20.11.2020, First Heartland Jýsan
Bank JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) acquired 45,159,274 common shares of ATF
Bank (ISIN KZ000A0ETF32), which is 99.7% of the total number of outstanding
common shares of ATF Bank.
The Bank hereby sends a request for sale of voting shares of ATF Bank:
number of shares being acquired – 106,269 (One hundred six thousand two
hundred sixty-nine) pieces;
type of shares – ordinary;
purchase price – 922 (Nine hundred twenty-two) tenge 53 tyiyn.
