Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" says Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market annulled bonds KZ2C00002285 (SKKZb8), KZ2C00002293 (SKKZb9), KZ2C00002335 (SKKZb13) and KZ2C00002343 (SKKZb14)

/KASE, January 18, 2021/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of certificates of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated January 11, 2021 on annulment from January 11, 2021 of the following bond issuances: - KZ2C00002285 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb8; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; 19.03.20 – 19.04.21, coupon is paid once at the maturity, 12.50 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00002293 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb9; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn; 19.03.20 – 19.04.21, coupon is paid once at the maturity, 12.50 % APR; 30/36); - KZ2C00002335 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb13; KZT1,000, KZT34.5 bn; 19.03.20 – 19.04.21, coupon is paid once at the maturity, 12.50 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00002343 (KASE main market, category "bonds", SKKZb14; KZT1,000, KZT34.5 bn; 19.03.20 – 19.04.21, coupon is paid once at the maturity, 12.50 % APR; 30/360). According to the provided certificates, the issues of the mentioned bonds were annulled due to the fact that all issued bonds of these issues were redeemed by the issuer on the secondary securities market.
