ATFBank have provided the following joint press release dated November 3,
2020:

On November 02, 2020, Almaty – Jusan Bank and G. Esenov, ATFBank’s
shareholder, have reached a preliminary agreement on purchase of 99.76% of
the shares of ATFBank by Jusan Bank.
In November 2020, the Parties are going to sign the Contract on purchase and
sale of the ATFBank’s shares within the signed Agreement. After signing of the
Contract on purchase and sale, as well as its approval by the Agency of the RK
on regulation and development of the financial markets, the existing shareholder
of ATFBank will purchase the Jusan Bank’s shares within an additional issuance
of Jusan Bank.
After signing of the Contract on purchase and sale it is presumed that both
banks will be working in the united format and within united strategy.
In the course of transformations, all services of ATFBank will resume work in a
standard mode that will keep and ensure an access for its clients to the current
services of ATFBank fully.
