According to the auditor’s report, the consolidated financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of Sovereign
Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2019 and its
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year then ended
in accordance with IFRS.
