/KASE, July 28, 2020/ – Following a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) of July 23, 2020, the following members of the Listing Commission from the Exchange's Management Board were approved:

• N. Khoroshevskaya – deputy Chairperson of KASE's Management Board;
• E. Mazhekenov – deputy Chairman of KASE's Management Board.

A. Aldambergen – the Chairperson of KASE's Management Board – was approved as the person entitled to substitute members of the Listing Commission from the Exchange's Management Board in case of their absence.
