Sole shareholder of Baiterek National Management Holding approves annual consolidated financial statements and separate financial statements of the company and decides to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2019
/KASE, July 7, 2020/ – Baiterek National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder of June 29, 2020.
The shareholder made the following decisions:
- to approve consolidated and separate annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to approve the procedure for distribution of the company’s net income for 2019;
- to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares in the amount of KZT10.93 per share.
