/KASE, July 2, 2020/ – PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 30, 2020 the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Yazovskaya – member of the Board of Directors;
• appointed: N. Buksha – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO consists of six persons: D. Turganov, O. Perfilov, N. Buksha, G. Andreev, E. Tabanov, A. Nigai.
