/KASE, June 25, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with an auditor's report on the bank's consolidated financial statement for
2019.

The bank's financial statements for 2019 were audited by BDO Kazakhstan.
According to the auditor's opinion, which contains a qualified opinion, the
consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of AsiaCredit Bank and its subsidiary as at December 31,
2019, and their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
