statement for 2019.

According to the auditor's report, consolidated financial statements present
fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of KazAgro National
Management Holding and its subsidiaries as at December 31, 2010, and their
consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended
as of the specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
