Bonds KZ2C00006781 (KAFIb10) of KazAgroFinance underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, June 9, 2020/ – By a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 9, 2020, bonds KZ2C00006781 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; maturity date – December 24, 2024; semi-annual coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category. The date of this Listing Commission decision coming into effect will be communicated later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This bond issue is a fourth one under the second bond program of KazAgroFinance registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on June 9, 2016 for the amount of KZT100 bn. Halyk Finance, subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of KazAgroFinance. These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) KAFIb10.
