/KASE, May 11, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that from
May 11, 2020 trading in bonds KZ2C00004059 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
ATFBb16) of ATFBank (Almaty) was resumed on KASE.
Trading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from April 23, 2020.
Trading in said bonds was resumed after KASE received amendments to the
issue prospectus of said bonds registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market on April 30,
2020. Those amendments, in particular, specified the procedure of conversion
of bonds into ordinary shares of the bank and some covenants.
Central Securities Depository in its letter of May 6, 2020 announced that from
May 6, 2020 registration of transactions in said bonds was resumed in its
accounting system.
