/KASE, April 29, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of
general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C00004059 (KASE main market, "bonds"
category, ATFBb16) of April 23, 2020 to make changes and amendments to the issue
prospectus of these bonds convertible to ordinary shares of the bank.
