/KASE, April 30, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 27, 2020 at 15:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the company's 2018 annual financial statements;
- defining the procedure of distributing the company's net income for 2019:
- considering the issue of payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company;
- considering the issue of distributing the company's net income for 2019;
- consideration of shareholders' complaints over actions of the company and its
executives and results of their consideration;
- informing shareholders of the company about the size and composition of
remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board
of the company for 2019;
- report of the Board of Directors on work done in 2019.
