The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP. According to the auditor’s report, the consolidated financial statements
present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of
Samruk-Energy as at December 31, 2019 and its consolidated financial results and
consolidated cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with IFRS.
