/KASE, April 8, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
from April 9, 2020 trading in bonds KZ2C00002855 (KASE main market,
category "bonds", HSBKb18) and KZ2C00003077 (KASE main market, category
"bonds", HSBKb19) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) will be
resumed on KASE.
Ttrading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from March 18, 2020 due to the
general meetings of holders of said bonds on March 18, 2020.
Trading in said bonds was resumed after KASE received changes and additions
to the issue prospectuses of said bonds registered by the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market on April 6,
2020 according to which some covenants were excluded.
The Central Securities Depository in its letter of April 8, 2020 announced that
from April 8, 2020 registration of transactions in said bonds was resumed in its
accounting system.
