Head of Kazakhstan has replaced akim of East-Kazakhstan oblast

/REUTERS, Astana, February 26, 03/ - President of Kazakhstan has appointed Talgatbek Abaidildin, who filled the post of the first deputy of industrial East-Kazakhstan oblast's head as akim (the head) of the same oblast, said press-secretary of the prime-minister Murat Buldebekov to Reuters. Vitaliy Mette, who headed East-Kazakhstan oblast before, has been appointed the head of the national company Kazoboronprom.
