/KASE, February 14, 2020/ – Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors the following people were removed from the Board:

• Smolyakov O.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• Salimbayev D.N., a member of the Board of Directors;
• Ospanov E.S. a member of the Board of Directors;
• Ulf Vokurka, a member of the Board of Directors;
• Giovanni Capannelli, a member of the Board of Directors.
