/KASE, January 16, 2020/ – The Management Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided on January 15, 2020 to include international bonds XS0474660676 (KZT2.0 bn; with no fixed term; circulation start date – December 16, 2009; semiannual coupon 12.00 % APR, 30/360) of LLOYDS BANK PLC (United Kingdom, London) to KASE Official List under category "bonds" of the main market. NGDEM Finance (Almaty) is the initiator of admittance of these bonds. The date of the entry into force of this Management Board’s decision will be communicated additionally.
