/KASE, July 29, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on August 28, 2019 at 11:00 o'clock.

The meeting's agenda includes the following issues:

1) early discontinuation of powers of an independent director of the company's Board of Directors;

2) election of an independent director of the company's Board of Directors

3) approval of the company's revised charter;

4) choosing an auditor for 2019.
