/KASE, June 26, 2019/ – Eurasian Bank (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of changes in its Management Board.

• P.V. Loginov, chairman of the Management Board, has been excluded;
• V.V. Morozov has been elected the chairman of the Management Board.

Given these changes, Eurasian Bank’s Management Board consists of seven members: V.V. Morozov, S.M. Bekbosunov, E.V. Belokhvostikova, Sh.A. Sadyrov, D.Z. Katekova, N.M. Druzhinina, O.V. Pechenkin.
