/KASE, February 4, 2019/ – Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) on January 23, 2019 approved conclusion of Additional Agreement No. 2 with OJSC "Moscow Exchange MMVB-RTS" (MOEX), by the person related to the Exchange with a special relationship. This agreement was signed by the Exchange and MOEX on January 24, 2019.

We remind that following a decision of KASE's Board of Directors dated September 26, 2018 an agreement on strategic cooperation and accompanying deals with MOEX were approved.
