According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C46310013 of the Company makes up 3,600,000 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P46310119 - 1,200,000 pieces;
• 3,452,730 common shares and 789,500 preferred shares of the Company are outstanding;
