/KASE, June 1, 2018/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE or the Exchange) informed of interested party transaction concluded on May 29, 2018 by entering into contract with the IRBIS Information Agency of Financial Markets LLP on May 29, 2018 on providing non-residential premises to the Exchange for temporary ownership and usage (rent) and related services associated with maintenance of rented premises in accordance with all requirements of the technical specification.

The total contractual amount is KZT576,881.28.
