/KASE, March 31, 2017/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (Exchange) announces that on the basis of the decision of the Almaty Emergency Department of the Emergency Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to impose an administrative sanction dated March 29, 2017 the Exchange was brought to an administrative liability under part 1 of Article 410 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses for violating the fire safety rules.
