information on receipt by UKTMK of a loan to the amount of more than 25% of the equity.

• Loan received on – August 3, 2015.
• Loan purpose: funding of purchase of raw materials, their consecutive processing, to produce titanium sponge, titanium slabs, and alloys with consecutive sale according to selling contracts.
• Amount of loan – KZT7,000,000,000.
• Percentage ratio of the amount received by UKTMK to the equity of UKTMK makes up 41.06 %.
