/KASE, November 1, 13/ – Accumulative Pension Fund "Capital" – subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty, hereinafter – the Fund), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of conducting a special general meeting of the Fund's shareholders by way of absentee voting.

The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of concluding by APF Capital of a cooperation agreement with Bank CenterCredit (on transfer into temporary use of rooms in a building at 100 Shevchenko str.) and additional agreements thereto.

The date of counting of voices of absentee voting is set on December 27, 2013. The place of voice counting: Shevchenko str., Almaty.
