The fourth issue of OJSC "Electromontaj" shares has been resumed

/IRBIS, Nov.17, 99/ - By the resolution of the National Securities Commission of Kazakhstan #480 of November 13, 1999 the fourth issue of OJSC "Electromontaj" shares has been resumed. The issue was registered on July 12, 1998 under the number A0133-3 for a total of 120 mln tenge. The decision was based on the reasons not eliminated by OJSC "Electromontaj", upon which the fourth issue of the shares was suspended by the resolution of the NSC #306 of April 22, 1999.
