/KASE, November 12, 12/ - JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of its intention to make major insurance transactions with a liability of KZT64,757,495,100 (sixty four billion seven hundred fifty seven million four hundred ninety five thousand one hundred), as well as of an intention to conclude non-arm's length deals - an agreement on voluntary insurance of civil responsibility under an agreement and agreements on voluntary insurance with an affiliated person of the Company".
