/KASE, February 23, 12/ - JSC "Atameken-Agro" (Kokshetau), securities of
which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to
KASE copies of changes made to the issue prospectuses of its first bond program
and bonds KZP01Y10D329 (KZ2C00000248, KASE official list, second sub-category of
Non-Rated Debt Securities category, KATRb2, KZT1,000, KZT11.0 bn, August 4, 2008 -
August 4, 2018; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 11.30 % APR in
the current coupon period; 30/360).
The changes were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on February 9, 2012 and were made due to changes in
composition of the Board of Directors of JSC "Atameken-Agro" as well as data on
shareholders and registrar of JSC "Atameken-Agro".
