/KASE, February 23, 12/ - JSC "Atameken-Agro" (Kokshetau), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of amendments made to its shares issue prospectus.

The said amendments were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on February 9, 2012 and had been made due to changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of JSC "Atameken-Agro" as well as data on shareholders and registrar of JSC "Atameken-Agro".
