/KASE, February 2, 12/ - JSC "Capital Hotels" (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

JSC "Fondoviy Tsentr" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of the company's authorized common shares KZ1C53690018, KZ1C00000629 is equal to 750,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P53690114 - 250,000,000 units;
• 260,587,500 common shares and 125,000,000 preferred shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole person holding five or more per cent of the total of the company's of outstanding shares is KWORTEX UNIVERSAL LLP, holding 360,336,766 company shares (93.45 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares), including 235,336,766 common shares of the company (90.31 % of the total number of outstanding common shares) and all preferred shares.
